Hello! So I have this thing (don't know what to call it) since a while now and didn't really care to fix it thinking it was Steam or windows... But even after many windows 10 fresh installations the thing is still there. It happens all the time on steam and sometimes on other programs, usually when I hover over buttons. As you can see from the video below. Recorded it with my phone bcs programs don't record it for some reason... You guys have any idea what it is?

Version 388.71. As I said I have this since like 1 year ago so I'v gone through many gpu drivers and windows updates and still there. What I suspect is that it could be related to hardware (monitor or cables) since recording software don't capture the glitch...

Depending on the recording software, it may or may not be capturing the hardware cursor, but instead calling GetCursor() and drawing the corresponding icon returned. If you were to use a capture-card you'd see the issue I'm sure.

Could you try running Magnifier at 100% scale? If that doesn't work, try running at 100% scale with color inversion on.

Using OBS or Nvidia shadowplay or fraps I can see the mouse cursor, but not the glith effect you can see from the video I posted. That's what I wanted to say.
