Falling Apart

My Cyberpower pc that I got six months ago is falling apart, the pc was really not worth the $500. The RGB broke very early, but my first problem was that a thumb screw was loose in the box, and a fan screw that was just completely missing. The newer problems are that the power supply is randomly blinking out so that it is difficult to get many tasks done. I have now had a fan die after making lots of noise, which I originally blamed on the missing screw. THe components inside are really old, an R7 250x and an Fx 4300. Overall I would like to say after this experience that I will never buy from them again.

Cyberpower gave my friend a shitastatic headache. Radiator pump wasnt plugged in, and a dead gpu that had a dead fan on arrival. He got a replacement but got a 280 instead of a 290

I am in talks to get my purchase refunded so that i may build my own.

Good that you are trying to get a refund. But on a side-note: using a single zip-tie to mount a fan, isn't going to break a no-brand cheap/trash fan within 3 years. So 3 out of 4 screws on a case fan, isn't going to break it too.

@Dutch-stoner I dint blame the missing screw on its death, I blamed it on the noise

Ok. Noise shouldn't be because a screw was missing. (only reason I could blame the noise with screws involved = uneven surface, which would cause the fan to twist, hitting the fan casing/shroud)

Noise usually means the there is no more oil/grease/silicon on the fan bearings and it's not lubed up enough to spin smoothly
