bios updating

I have the gigabyte ga-z68a-d3h-b3 rev 1.0 and I'm trying to update the bios so I make the usb and go into q flash and select the drive and it has the file and checks for all the files then I get (bios check id error) help!!

Double check the version of the motherboard you have and that you're using the bios for the correct board.
