I have a fix 970, 850watt psu, i7 4790k, MSi motherboard don’t remember specific one can get it if needed, 12gb of ram. So my pc crashes once in a while and I get this error and it’s watch dog something which is odd to me i have a legit key of windows and it crashed last night and this time when it booted back up it goes to preparing windows do not turn off computer and it just stays there loading. I have restarted my pc I have tried to go in safe mode but when I hate f8 it freezes I left it on over night preparing for windows and it still was stuck there any ideas? I was thinking maybe something wrong with the hard drive what do you guys think?

DO I have to take out all my parts to do this

No. You can do it with everything still in place. But make sure that you turn off the PSU at the back and unplug it before you touch the motherboard (and touch something metal  like the case before you touch the motherboard at all).

Do a fresh install of your graphics drivers. Make sure to perform a clean install. If that doesn't help, reinstall Windows on a different hard drive and see if it's stable. If not, you can go back to the old drive without data loss.

I can’t even get in to do a reinstall because as soon as it boots up it just loads is there a way to do it in bios
