Hello, hopefully someone can help me. 

 

I get an email every time a ticket is created. I have it to where it's being filtered and going to its own folder without a notification.

 

My main issue is that, it comes in as HTML so I can't filter it based on what's in the Body for who the ticket is assigned to example: Tech: Brendan Reed

 

Any help would be great thanks!

What kind of ticketing system are you using? I'd suggest the best solution would be change the way you get email notifications, so that you only get them when it's a ticket for you.

We're using Solar Winds but I can't make any changes as far as that goes. As all techs included in the Web Help Desk email get the notification.
