I need help!!!

I just bought a gigabyte ga-z68a-d3h-b3 motherboard and a i5 3570k and when I boot the pc the fans spin up for about 5-8 seconds and then shuts off and then will turn itself back on and repeat, help!!!

Acer KG1 1920x1080p 75hz FreeSynce Monitor | Red Dragon M601 Mouse | Red Dragon K55 Keyboard |

Logitech G430 Headset | FiFine 669B Microphone | Logitech Z323 Speakers |

You need to update the bios with a 2nd gen CPU if that hasn't already been done.

Ok thank god I got a 2nd gen cpu actually
