Weird graphical issue?

Ever since I started using my mixed reality headset I get weird glitches on my screen somtimes, either a black screen when starting up, or a weird grey staic across for a split second, to now blue flash screen of death when I open overwatch. Is there a gpu problem? Or a problem with my adapter?

the log from the BSOD may have some information to point you in the right direction, however if you disconnect / uninstall the headset do you still have the same problem?

 

Also what headset is it? Might help narrow down search results when looking for people having similar issues

I don't think it's the headset. When I unplug the headset and put my monitor in non adapter port it goes away. Haven't tested with just adapter. It's a Lenovo explorer though.
