PUBG Random Mini freezes

C1intFunWood

Hey guys,

So I'm getting mini freezes every once in a while that last anywhere from 1-2 seconds. I checked CPU temps and GPU temps and both are well below their thresholds. I have Afterburner and Aida64 on my seconds monitor running and it seems that CPU and GPU Usage dips at the same time as these freezes. Anyone have a clue on whats going on?

Maybe your 780 is getting a little long in the tooth - I've seen similar stuff on old GPUs on family member's laptops (I'm the "family IT guy"). Besides, that's equivalent to a 1050 Ti. Not really enough for PUBG at 1080p 60fps.

I'm running all low settings tho, so it should be fine. Getting like 100 FPS when I'm not dipping

Huh. Could just be that your 780 is wearing out (i.e. the hardware is having issues). I see a 1060 3GB in your future.
