0xb000007 error

So i have problem with some games, everytime i open it it says 0xb000007 error 

i tried to fixing it with installing microsoft c++ and everything and it still wont work

then one day i want to uninstall my micorosoft c++ 2015 but i cant because its doesnt show up in the control panel 

so everytime i want to install microsoft c++ 2015 it says a newer application has already installed

but i cant uninstall the old microsoft c++ 2015 because its doesnt show up on control pane

also when i install the old microsoft c++ 2015 the one that i cant uninstall, it still cannot fix my 0xb00007 problem it says some dll is missing like msvcp140

i dont know what to do please help me

i use windows 8.1 64 bit
