Bitlocker issues

Hey, i've been having some issues with my asus T100 laptop/tablet not booting into windows. My problem is that when I try to re install windows it prompts me for a Bitlocker code, which I don't have, and I have no clue where to go from here.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Is windows already on the laptop? What version are you trying to install? are you sure your booting from the CD or USB?

I think usually you can skip this, but if not download ubuntu onto a USB stick, then boot into the 1st option "live"

From there press the windows key and type "disks".

Choose he HDD usually sda, the click format with zeros. wait for it to finish then try to install windows again.
