Is coffee lake and ryzen just not an option? As no one should be buying Kaby Lake at this point

You don't have the right motherboard for overclocking either, and should probably go for 16gbs of RAM

a 120mm AIO isn't going to be much better than a $20-25 120mm tower cooler

Should get a case that focuses on airflow like the Silverstone RL06 Pro

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

First of all, it's 4 AM in Sweden, that's quite an odd time to post.

Don't get the 7700K. The 8400, 8600K and 8700 are better options. A longer upgrade path, with the same or better gaming performance, and better overall performance.

The PSU is pretty crap. There CXM would be a better option, but with a 13k kr budget, you should really get a nicer one.

Don't get a 120mm AiO. Get an air cooler. It will cool better, cost the same or less, be quieter and will be more reliable.

:)
