dell E2213H 1920x1080????

i can't seem to find anything on this monitor

all i have is one good review on newegg

and a follow up question is 
how is 1080p 22 inch compared to 23 inch
which one looks good pixel density wise
anti aliasing wise
is 1080 a 23 inch or a 22 inch native resolution

im asking about 16:9 not 16:10
