PC wont boot with GPU installed

Hey guys,

 

This is my first time building a PC on my own, so I'm sure it's something i might've missed. The PC wont boot with the GPU installed, I've tried my old one since maybe the new one could've been dead. When I take the GPU out and use on-board graphics everything works fine. It's my first time using a fully modular power supply as well does the slot I use on that matter? Please find below the products I'm using.

 

MOBO- Asus ROG Strix Z-370E Gaming

GPU- Asus ROG Strix 1070ti

PS- Corsair RM 850x.

Downloaded the most recent BIOS and still the same thing.
