I have been getting the same error recently too. Two questions: when does it happen for you, and have you been overclocking recently? I overclocked my 8700k to 5 GHz at 1.315 volts and it was fine in every benchmarking program you can think of, but when it hit 100% load in a game, I would get that error. I then tweaked the voltage to 1.345 volts, and I have had no problems since. I also uninstalled all drivers that were not absolutely necessary and updated the drivers I did have. Hope this helps, otherwise, I have no idea.

I have had a Ryzen 7 1700 3.9 ghz oc on my pc for a while and then I decided to make it a gaming pc, but later on without adjusting the OC, I started to get these messages. It’s a new install of windows 10 and has the latest updates

I bet it is the new install of windows 10... try going back to a previous version. Windows is just like that sometimes with new updates. Your best bet is to just wait for a patch or go back to a previous build that you know was working

What is the best way to do this? I am thinking i might have gotten a corrupt install of windows or something bc i had to do it from a dvd ISO.

You can download the latest BIOS onto a USB stick and then flash from within the BIOS. This should give you a general idea of how to do it:

Also, it's worth checking that you have the latest chipset drivers installed from AMD, as they released new ones on their website a couple of weeks ago.
