Is 450W enough?

just another final check before I build my pc. Is a 450W PSU enough for a Ryzen 5 1600 and a SFF 1080? Here is the part list for reference.

Yes, that should be plenty. Realistically, you're looking at a power draw around 350W when overclocked.

well, you're going with a 80+ Gold unit, so it should be sufficient.

Efficiency ratings say nothing about whether a PSU is decent or crap.

it does say a lot about the max a PSU can deliver realistically tough. if you get a crap 350W PSU it might just deliver 300Watts safely.

Any PSU from any decent brand is designed to run at 100% load 24/7 at the max temperature for the entirety of its warranty. 

And as I said, efficiency ratings say nothing about if a PSU is crap or not

I already have a 1TB HDD, that SSD is just for my OS and some games, only reason I chose that one is because it is cheap.
