Yes, that should be plenty. Realistically, you're looking at a power draw around 350W when overclocked.

it does say a lot about the max a PSU can deliver realistically tough. if you get a crap 350W PSU it might just deliver 300Watts safely.

Any PSU from any decent brand is designed to run at 100% load 24/7 at the max temperature for the entirety of its warranty. 

And as I said, efficiency ratings say nothing about if a PSU is crap or not
