monitors help

i want monitor to work on adobe Photoshop with good colors and not sure do 8 or 10 bit colors do any differences as i want ips screen as i see there some gaming monitor who are ips and 120 or 144 for gaming too are they good enough for color work for college student?

 i want a 27 in 2560x1440 ips 4ms not sure how many hz 60 or more as i have 500 or more deepening how much extra will i need to wasted

is there any good monitors with that and if it haves gaming with ips will this harm colors for adobe work?
