Cannot startup after partitioning

Hey All,

 

To make a long story short, I guess I fucked up while messing with my partitions. Now I wanted to reinstall my OS after copying my personal files from a bootable usb onto an external HDD but also the bootable USB is not able to start up. Is there any way to retrieve my personal files from the HDD that is fucked?

Hey, I found some software similar to this but I cannot startup windows, so installing software is impossible :P
