As seen in the video below as i move the chrome tab across the screen boundaries its contrast seems to change dependant on which screen it is moving to. If it is mostly on the left (main) screen the contrast is lower , and maintains this contrast as it moves ascross the screens, however as soon as more that 50% of the tab is on the second screen , the contrast increases , visable from the blacks becoming darker and the whites becoming brighter. At first i thought it was an  issue with the monitors , but the tab doesnt change in colour untill  it has crossed screens , meaning that chrome is changing its colour settings based on which monitor it recognises it is on. Please watch the video as i am having a hard time describing this without sounding stupid. What is the reasoning for this change, and is it possible to fix?

ty in advance.
