Need help for PSU and UPS

I need help in choosing a good power supply and uninterrupted power supply.

 

Problem 1: Choosing Power Supply
My build:

CPU : Intel i7-8700k

Motherboard : MSI Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon AC

RAM: Kingston Hyper X 16GB 2666Mhz

HDD:  Seagate Barracuda 1TB

SSD :  Kingston 480GB M.2 Sata

AIO Cooler:  CM MasterLiquid Pro 240

Case :  H500P CM

 

Would be nice if someone can recommend me a good power supply.

 

 

Problem 2: Choosing Uninterrupted Power Supply

System above
PS4 Pro

Asus PG279Q

 

Anyone can recommend me any good ups to sustain system above in case of a blackout?

Get a different case to start with. That case is built poorly and has terrible airflow. If you can find almost any other case with tempered glass you would be much better off. Is an NZXT S340 Elite an option where you live?

 

Anyways, for us to recommend you a PSU you need to tell us what GPU you're using.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
