I built a new pc recently and have never had it fully working :(

after building the system i received constant blue screens with errors many different errors all referencing the windows kernel.

I've tried everything obvious to try and fix the system but have had no luck. I took the pc back to re parts retailer and they tested it for 2 weeks but couldn't figure it out?

I will attach my dump files, if anyone can figure it out it would be an incredible help and i love you long time.

  • OS - Windows 10
  • x64
  • OS purchased from retailer
  • Age of system (hardware) - brand new
  • Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? - yes
  • CPU model - 8600k
  • Video Card model - 1070
  • Mother Board - (if NOT a laptop) - ASUS z370 prime-a
  • Power Supply - brand & wattage - corsair rm550x
  • hyper x fury 16gb ddr4 2133
  • Samsung 850 evo
  • seagate barracuda
  • corsair h100i v2
  •

1. storport.sys (MS driver) Microsoft Storage Port

2. ndu.sys (Ms Driver) Microsoft Network Data Usage Monitoring Driver

3. went too fast to log the faulting driver

4. Just says Hardware, tried to access something and process something in the RAM that couldn't be found.

MY first run would be get all the recent drivers. Not directly from ASUS but from Intel, Realtek etc.pp. perhaps install driver booster free to get the drivers... not sure if coffee lake hardware is already included.

Silly Question, the used RAM is listed in the ASUS compatibility list for that mainboard? I know it's boring to look that up, but ASUS has become something I call a "Ram Zicke" (Zicke = picky bitch) with their boards for quite some time now.

Main System:

Anghammarad : Asrock Taichi x570, AMD Ryzen 7 5800X @4900 MHz. 32 GB DDR4 3600, some NVME SSDs, Gainward Phoenix RTX 3070TI

System 2 "Igluna" AsRock Fatal1ty Z77 Pro, Core I5 3570k @4300, 16 GB Ram DDR3 2133, some SSD, and a 2 TB HDD each, Gainward Phantom 760GTX.

System 3 "Inskah" AsRock Fatal1ty Z77 Pro, Core I5 3570k @4300, 16 GB Ram DDR3 2133, some SSD, and a 2 TB HDD each, Gainward Phantom 760GTX.

On the Road: Acer Aspire 5 Model A515-51G-54FD, Intel Core i5 7200U, 8 GB DDR4 Ram, 120 GB SSD, 1 TB SSD, Intel CPU GFX and Nvidia MX 150, Full HD IPS display

Media System "Vio": Aorus Elite AX V2, Ryzen 7 5700X, 64 GB Ram DDR4 3200 Mushkin, 1 275 GB Crucial MX SSD, 1 tb Crucial MX500 SSD. IBM 5015 Megaraid, 4 Seagate Ironwolf 4TB HDD in raid 5, 4 WD RED 4 tb in another Raid 5, Gainward Phoenix GTX 1060

(Abit Fatal1ty FP9 IN SLI, C2Duo E8400, 6 GB Ram DDR2 800, far too less diskspace, Gainward Phantom 560 GTX broken need fixing)

Nostalgia: Amiga 1200, Tower Build, CPU/FPU/MMU 68EC020, 68030, 68882 @50 Mhz, 10 MByte ram (2 MB Chip, 8 MB Fast), Fast SCSI II, 2 CDRoms, 2 1 GB SCSI II IBM Harddrives, 512 MB Quantum Lightning HDD, self soldered Sync changer to attach VGA displays, WLAN

If you aren't able to find the specific drivers on your own, such a tool is the way to go to.

Else, your ram is on the compatibility list?

Driver booster is crap, avoid it. As for your issues, did you install the chipset drivers from the Asus website after doing a clean OS install? Do not pick up bits and pieces of drivers from different manufacturers if possible. The ones from Asus are at least a fairly reliable baseline to start with.
