I upgraded my motherboard, cpu, and ram i have the same hard drive  with window 10 already install but when i turn it on it wont work

You didn't need to create a new thread...

 

But what exactly doesn't work? Does Windows pop up at all? Does it boot at all? If there are any error messages, what are they and when do they come up?

You will need to do a clean install. You can't just put in a drive from one pc with different hardware and expect it to work well in a new system, which is essentially what you now have. Do an clean Windows 10 install, don't overclock anything, then install the chipset drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's website, then let Windows update after the system has done restarting. Also, have you checked that the drive is properly connected?
