After Effects Slow

Hello, so today while I was trying to edit a video in Adobe After Effects (Latest Version), I noticed it kept dropping frames and the music slowed down. I took a look at the info, and the thing that surprised me was that it was playing from ram and dropping frames? Eventually, it can even blue screen my pc. The other problem is it instantly eats up 116gb of ram and is still super slow. I have 2400mhz ddr4 ram and yet it cant play a 1080p video in after effects?. Something isn't right here.

 

 

 

All Specs/Details:

 

Intel i9 7900x OC to 4.3ghz stable

2 x Nvidia GTX Titan Xp (Not in sli)

8x Corsair 2400mhz 16 gb

4k 60hz monitor
