xbox one console problem

wanting some advice my xbox one turn on and works some days and some daysi just get blank screen dose that mean the hardrive inside it is no good and needs replaceing ???

A bad harddrive should display a warning as there should be some firmware on the motherboard to initialize.

 

You should try resetting it and make sure the system isn't plugged into alot of extension cords and your power is stable, dogey power going to it could mean it's having trouble getting enough power for the POST checks.
