OBS videos not importing

Make sure they save as .mp4 in the recording tab, converters aren't always good at what they do, but there are few good ones.

hi 

irecently tried to record my screen with OBS and after finishing i tried to import my vids to sony vega s and didnt work 

itried othe rprograms and didnt import

 

note:if the answer has any software it must be free 

         if any converter is required it must be able to convert multiple videos offline
