Graphics card problem?

My friend has a problem where no matter what his frames won’t go above 60fps. He’s using the zotac gtx 1060 6gb amp edition. I don’t know if this is a problem with the graphic card (probably not) or something else. Does someone know how to get it to show more frames?

In what games are you trying to play? What moniter ? Give some info about the pc specs also

He’s playing overwatch. His pc is a r5 1600, gtx 1060 6gb and 8gb of ram. For now he’s using a tv for a monitor

Whats the refresh rate on the TV ?

I would say at a guess that v-sync in the navida control panel settings are capping the 60 fps, try turning it off

he needs to turn off vsync on every single game
