My pc isnt turning on, so im trying to rule out possibilities here, if i plug in a usb hub into my mobo, and the led lights up for it, does that mean my mobo isnt dead? or could it still be dead? right now its either cpu or mobo thats dead but my pc doesnt turn on whatsoever, when i put in a dead cpu into another board the fans just maxed out, still turned on but wont boot. help?
