PS4 + Cronosmax Plus

Windows Server 2003

My gay 1st gen ps4 has a dead bluetooth chip.... Insted of paying somebody $400 do fix it, I bought a cronosmax plus, everything has gone fine until i get to the connect the dualshock 4 and press the ps button, its not registering the ps button, ive tried everything and I dont know what to do at this point.........

Turn off the console and try plugging the PS4 controller into the Cronomax using a USB cable. Turn on the PS4 using the power button (Do not use the controller) and then press the PS Plus button once loaded up. Unplug the controller and you should in theory still be connected.
