Need to enable AMD turbo core

I disabled it by mistake and i need to enable it agen cause im stuck at 1.9GHz xD please help i wont touch the turbo settings agen :P

Desktop: CPU: I7-5820K GPU: 980Ti, 750Ti PhysX Mobo: MSI X99A SLI PLUS RAM: 4x4 Kingston DDR4 2400MHz OS: Win10
Storage: 250GB Samsung Evo, 3TB WD Black and Green FIRESTRIKE, Reason for dedicated PhysX Card.
Peripherals: Screen: 3x BenQ VZ2350 Mouse: Razer Naga Keyboard: Some Dell Thing Sound: Razer Tiamat, 5.1 Logitech Surround Speakers

Bios? What motherboard do you have? Lol just remembed that catalyst have a option for it.

i have checked the BIOS and i dont know the motherbord i have a HP Pavilion g6

Yeah i have gone in there and tride but thats where i disabled it but it wont allow me to enable it age
