it wont boot

So i just fixed up the cables in my pc and now it won’t boot

Did you reattach all of them? Could you mabey post a picture. It would be easier to diagnose the issue.

no i did not remove any wires from the MoBo just the SSD and HDD

Well, its hard to tell. This should not affect anything. It's kind of a trivial thing but check the front panel cables and if the PSU switch is flipped to the on positon.

juat a question if u shocked urself on the wire of the PSU does it kill it?

Well, i had a situation like this before (connected two molex and this shorted it out) In my case my pc would not boot until i removed it from the power source for 30 seconds, than reconected it, flipped the switch, turned it on, and mine works perfectly fine to this day.

god hopefully the problem is my PSU and not my MoBp

Yeah, as I saw from your profile you have a decent PSU so let's hope it did not fry the motherboard. Could you describe the situation in more detail?
