hello guys. so I've been using my laptop for already 3yrs now and played lol, dota 2 and cs go on it on a daily basis...but after a year of purchase I always get sudden fps drops on all games. like I get 100fps on lol and every few seconds when something is going on. it drops to 40-50 sometimes bad as 20-30 it doesnt matter if alot of things is going on..it just drops randomly...tried reinstalling dota 2 and get a really nice performance for only a couple of matches..then it starts to go bad again...even the graphics are also getting bad...I already tried returning  it to the store I bought it and they send it back to toshiba ...they told me the hdd is broken and got a new hdd(i think so) in my warranty...but I tried playing again and it is still the same..I tried reinstalling win10 by myself and update all drivers but it didn't work..can someone help me pls.

I'm planning on cleaning the fan tomorrow and maybe buy a new hdd myself but im not sure if its a good idea since I dont want to waste money..

I have a toshiba c660 laptop
