4k Editing/Gaming PC

Hello,

 

my buddy wants to have a new PC. Main purpose of the PC is Gaming and amateur Video editing (GoPro 4k Video Material). Also he prefers silence over Tempered Glass. Thats why I planed to have a push/pull with 4x nf a 14 ppc 2000. Having the same in my System and yes you can still fit in a HDD Tray at the bottom. For now he won't upgrade his graphics card and storage. Therefore I haven't listed it.

 

So I want to propose him 2 Builds on which he can decide. First off on based on AMD which is obviously better for Editing and one Intel which is better at gaming.
