Charged for Floatplane, but no access?

Hello

 

A couple weeks ago I was charged for my Floatplane subscription after my PayPal borked itself for a couple months and I last access. (The money was there if PayPal would have charged me, but since they locked me out of my account and their password change methods wouldn't work, they just didn't)

 

Once I restored access, I was charged on the normal date I would have been monthly, but now, today, when I go to actually catch up on Floatplane content, I don't have access to the forum.

 

Any help?
