Question about aura sync

I bought asus rog strix z370-i few days ago.

and I bought an aura sync possible cooler.

but my cooler rgb didn't work and I call to company.

they said z370-i rgb hadder is different from other asus motherbords so you cant use your cooler rgb.

my question is there is no way to use my cooler's rgb? and others cooler ( possible aura sync) cant use?

 

my cooler : cr 201 rog edition
