Will my graphics card be able to handle VR Smoothly, with good quality graphics and good frames, looking to buy a Oculus Rift but want to make sure im in the green zone.
Currently have a Rx 580 4gb Sadly not 8gb.
or should i get a new graphics card instead of Oculus.
will a 1070 ti be worth or just get a 1080?

The 1070Ti is a good card, provided you can overclock it and then it's basically a 1080. The RX 580 will be able to handle VR pretty smoothly even with 4Gb VRAM. I used an Oculus on a GTX 980 and it ran pretty smoothly, so I wouldn't worry too much about the VRAM.
