PC Randomly Crashing

Hello,

When I select boot device menu there are over 20 options to select however they are all the same couple drives. My PC randomly every couple weeks just completely blue screens and often requires a complete reinstall of windows. Errors often include WinLoad.exe errors and damaged BCD. I have tried many methods of attempting to fix this like rebuilding the BCD and reinstalling windows. The multiple entries removed after removing all drives except my SSD boot drive which was one of the drives that had multiple copies. Any ideas?
