$700 budget

i have a $700 budget and im looking to play games like PUBG, Rocket League, CS:GO, WW2. 

i would like to play PUBG, WW2 at 60 fps plus medium to high setting and cs:go and rocket league on max/high settings at 144 fps. I keep going over budget when i put a list together so i would really appreciate someone to make a list for me. some requirements for the build are as follows:

• GTX 1060 6GB
• 8 (plus) GB System RAM
• Overclockability for the CPU
• Not a hunk of metal as a "case"
• SSD
• Those FPS marks
• DON'T NEED A HARD DRIVE
