I'm building a pc next month. Take a look on my list please

AMD RYZEN 3 1200

Gigabyte GA-AB350M-HD3 DDR4 AM4 Socket AMD Mainboard

GTX 1050 Ti

Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4 2400

Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite 500W

Toshiba DT01ACA100 1TB SATA 7200RPM

*** My question are following :  1) Can I overclock my CPU with this motherboard ?  (if i can't please refer me a motherboard) 
                                                  2) Can I overclock my CPU to 3.6 GHz with stock cooler ?

it'll overclock, and it should oc to 3.6ghz on stock. but I'd look for an asrock ab350m instead. also, I'd suggest an i3 8100 if H310 boards are released by the time you order the parts.

Doesn't really give us a budget to work with, if you give a proper budget someone might be able to find you a more optimal build.
