Concerned about TDP's

I am building my first pc and I have a slight concern: I choose an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 and an Asrock AB350M-HDV, both of which have a 65w TDP. So, under heavy load with a stock cooler, should I be concerned about it? I'll be using the PC for a begginer-level game development, using Unity 3D, Maya, Illustrator and so on. And as far as I know, they can be quite demanding, even when the graphics are not that fancy.

That mobo doesn't have VRM heatsinks

Even MSI's low-end boards (pro vh and vd) have VRM heatsinks. If you want good B350 overclocking boards, you should look at MSI's Krait and Pro Carbon boards, though they usually cost around $100, which is way more expensive than what you're looking at. If you're not doing anything too crazy, like 3.8, maybe 3.9GHz on 6 cores, then maybe you could look at ASRock's Pro4 boards. They're quite cheap and still capable, despite their 3+3 phase design (don't let the 6 inductors fool you). I personally own a gigabyte gaming 3 board, which is a series I could also recommend if you can find them for under $80. They have been heavily criticised because of the poor quality of some components, but their 4+3 phase design can apparently deliver lots of power with decent stability, as long as you keep them cool (under 100-110°C), which is easy to do with vertical airflow coolers and 4 or 6 core parts, and way harder with 8 core CPUs and AIO / tower coolers.
