Can't install windows 10

[Nova on PC and Xbox]

I bought a Windows 10 pro USB from an American Best Buy and it cannot install on my computer. The USB runs then says that it cannot install it when it reaches 4% installation. It gives me an error code and we have tried everything on the page of possible problems and nothing has worked to far. Is it the USB itself? Because everything inside of the computer is working 100% properly.

Probably the drive is bad. You can download a USB installer creation tool from Microsoft directly and make a new one.

I have never installed windows 10 before but I wouldn't expect to find windows 7 style windows in the installation process?

i made a mistake and submitted a reply for win7 instead of win10 and didnt mention it

Looks like that for selecting destination drive and getting all the files ready. Then it reboots into the Windows 10 style.
