Crashing/BSOD Issues

Ok, I'm at wits end right now. I'm BSOD'ing and CTD'ing like crazy, and nothing I've tried has fixed it. Could anybody here lend a helping hand? I could really use a comprehensive, ground-up approach to finding and fixing the problem. I am even ready to video chat, screenshare, or voice chat to get this problem fixed as soon as possible. Thanks!

 

Also, I recently updated Windows 10. I've heard there's a issue with this build of Windows (1709) and many games. Could the problem be this simple?
