Have you checked event viewer to see what shoes up there?

0x124_AuthenticAMD_PROCESSOR_BUS_PRV points to bad voltage or clock. Are you overclocked currently?

First I would go with clearing CMOS and go from there. I would also check out CPUz and see if your experiencing voltage drop when running games or something.

Here's my adventure with random crashes and BSODs with athlon 760k and cheap GB mobo.

Here's what I did and what I advise you to do now:

1: clear CMOS - reset BIOS

2: reinstall operating system

3: change the CPU thermal paste

4: Optional: If you have the stock AMD cooler check your temperatures and if they are above 80C get a better cooler

5: Add a bit more voltage to the CPU from the BIOS  - something like 0.025-0.050 won't hurt it

6: new motherboard

I fixed mine system after buying new motherboard - now its sitting happily at 4.7 GHz on air cooler.

What made my previous mobo to be unstable (power phases) was 2 years nonstop mining 1 game and then overclocking it (it wasn't designed for that).
