file transfer help

i am going to transfer my files from a wb blue 1 tb hard drive to a samsung ssd i am wanting to keep the wd in my system and use it to keep some games i get in future is there anything special that i should do or just use the basic samsung data migration software?

As long as you have enough space for your files on the SSD it should be fine. I just recently used the Samsung Data Migration tool and it went well for me. No issues noticed so far.
