That is, unfortunately, a good indicator that your SSD has had failure occur to it. I hope that you have backed up any important data that may have been on it as its generally easier to recover data from hard drives than SSDs.

Hope this information post was helpful  ?,

Nah I only had my OS on it.

So it's dead?

I also tried to read from it on a external drive enclosure.

There are multiple factors that could have caused the SSD to fail and those factors include power surge, connector damage, internal circuit board damage, etc. Make sure that the cable that connects your SSD to the rest of your system is working and so is the corresponding data input on your motherboard. If the connections are functioning correctly then one factor probably caused your SSD to fail. And I would try to contact the manufacturer to see if they can replace it (depends on your warranty) or try a DIY method such as one shown in a video(s) which I will link in this post. And I understand that the second method is better optimised for hard drive failures although it can work for your SSD in some cases.

*Note that in this video Linus tries to fix a dead SSD and video card by using a DIY method.

*Note that this video is more optimised for working for hard drives although has the potential for working on an SSD as have been some attempts successful in doing so.

*Use this video in order to help you get the OS and other general data off the SSD if needed.

I think you forgot to link any videos.
