New Pc Wont Post/Boot

Finished a pc build today. Same one here > https://pcpartpicker.com/user/LukeDaDuke2017/saved/DXy8K8 except using a gtx 750 as the 580 has not come in yet. Everything put together, everything connected. Hit the power button, everything starts spinning, all lights go on, but no output to monitor and keyboard and mouse wont turn on. Gets stuck in a boot cycle of 10 secons, turns off, then back on. I am trying to do a clean install of windows, but cannot get into bios. Heck, I cant even get video output. Any help would be appreciated
