My girlfriend is currently away on a business trip and needs an emergency PC anyone know a comfortable gaming PC for around 1200$ that is prebuilt?

For gaming what do you need to do? I was going to recommend a http://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop/desktop-and-all-in-one-pcs/optiplex-7050-small-form-factor/spd/optiplex-7050-desktop/s028o7050sffus but it has Intel integrated so..

The title of this post is an oxymoron.

First of all, we need to know more than "gaming computer."

What games?

What resolution?

What settings?

What refresh rate?

Is there any other type of work load (editing, CAD ect)?

Please don't buy this when literally any $600-800 gaming PC on amazon is more powerful.

Get something that has a GTX 1060, GTX 1050 Ti, RX 580 or RX 480 with an i5 and an SSD. Should cost around $600, any more and you are being ripped off.

Key word "should" any r5/1060 combo would be $800 if you made it well from scratch and a prebuilt for $1200 will probably have a 580 4gb/8gb or 1060 6gb and an r7/i7 imo is pretty fair for a prebuilt.

You pay a bit more for the sick case. But I have seen some for as low as $450. Now that was a bargain PC.
