Getting Windows VPN to work

I'm trying to get the built in Windows VPN to work. I have a machine that is accepting incoming connections, and for a while it worked, but now it doesn't. I tried with another server and several clients, all to get nothing. Any help?

Where are you trying to VPN to or what VPN service are you using?

As I said, I'm trying to get the built-in Windows VPN services to work. They are explained at the link below, and that is the site I used to set it up.

It did work at first, but it stopped connecting.

So you are using the VPN to access your home network when you are on an external one?

 

Is there any error codes or messages that might point to an error?

Is it possible for you to post your VPN config as you have it now?

Do you have any anti-virus or firewall software that may not be allowing the connection?

All I can think of for now

Basically my home has two modems. One has an IPv6 address and the other has an IPv4 address. I am on my IPv6 modem's Wi-Fi AP. I try to connect to the servers, both of which are behind my IPv4 modem. This worked before. I've also tried connecting from my phone's cellular data and other public Wi-Fi hotspots. Not working now. 

 

1) There are no errors, it just doesn't connect. 

2) What do you mean? 

3) No anti-virus on either machine (yeah I know, kill me now).
