Can i install windows 10 again using the same cd and serial key again?

I am curious if i could use the windows 10 cd and serial key again, like installing it into another pc.

what about if my computer gets reformatted, would i need another serial key?

If you need to reinstall it into the same computer after you reformatted it, you can use the same serial key. If you're trying to install it into multiple PCs, then no dice. You can only use it for one computer at a time.

does it mean if my computer dies, then i can reuse the key in another one?

If your computer dies and you build or want to upgrade another one, then you can use the key for the other computer

i can't understand it well. how could the key know that the another pc is dead?
