Return the PC, the MSI armor card will down clock due to overheating until it reaches 1700mhz.

 

I own one so i know lol

 

That cooler is very, very bad for cooling and the only reason you should ever consider that card is if you want to mod it like i did.

yup im going to return it in a couple days then buy all my part and build it.
