how do i use neo ds

(i cannot do the research because i dont have much time) i have a nintendo dsi and an r4 card, i wanna play all metal slug games and apparently i need an emulator called neods, can anyone tell me how to install it,also can i use it with the r4 software, i mean i dont wanna have to get another micro sd  for this, risking to lose either one of them

my bad, i did not say it the right way, i dont need an nes emulator, i need an emulator that takes neogeo games to nintendo ds
