7200RPM HDD ok for PS3 Super Slim?

so im looking to upgrade the HDD in my ps3 super slim i already have a 7200RPM HDD so can i just use that i read online about heat issues in past models of ps3

As long as it's a 2.5in drive it should work fine but it may melt some internal components. So it will void your warranty to use the 7200rpm drive. It's really up to you if it's worth it.

 

I have an Anet A8 as my project printer and a i3 MK3 for when I want things to work. 

 

I extrude my own filament and haven't saved a penny yet.
